Staff & Volunteer Shuttle Information
Pre-registration of all arrival and departure plans is required even if shuttle services are not needed. Additional Staff arrival information will be posted when it is available in the coming months.
Scouting America has partnered with TMS to provide safe, efficient, cost effective, and environmentally responsible transportation solutions for staff and volunteers attending the 2026 National Scout Jamboree.
TMS will operate dedicated shuttle service from the following airports:
- Charlotte Douglas International Airport CLT
- Yeager Airport CRW in Charleston
Shuttle transfers will operate between the airports, designated check in locations, and the Summit site.
Once you have booked your flight, you may reserve your seat through this website for a nominal round trip transfer fee.
Please book your airport transportation only after your flight has been confirmed.
Participants may purchase:
- One way transfer – $45.00 (Service fee not included)
- Round trip transfer – $90.00 (Service fee not included)
Airport transportation is available only on designated service dates and times. These are the only days and operating windows during which TMS will provide shuttle service.
We encourage you to reserve early to secure your seat.
